Why life coaching and hypnotherapy?
I believe our situations, our lives are a direct result of the choices we’ve made to this point.
Are you good enough? Do you feel confident and successful? Do you deserve complete health or the perfect relationship? Can you say with conviction that you are worthy of unconditional love and support? Your answers to those questions are based on what you believe about yourself and what you feel you deserve. Those beliefs and feelings of deservedness all come from the events and experiences that are the history of your life. And all those experiences and events are stored in your subconscious mind. If you want to change your life, you must first change your choices. To change your choices you need to change your beliefs. Changing your beliefs can be done by accessing the subconscious mind.
By using some very powerful and enlightening life coaching skills and techniques, we first strive to indentify the harmful choices you make and the negative patterns that keep showing up in your life. (Every time we have a fight, I turn to the ‘fridge to try to eat away my pain.) We then work to discover why you continue to make choices that cause pain, or result in an outcome you really don’t want. (I eat because I want to feel better.)
Then, with the desire to change these patterns, we employ hypnosis to use the power of the subconscious mind to break up the old beliefs and replace them with newer, healthier ones of your choosing. (Now, realizing that binge eating only makes me feel worse in the long run, every time we have a fight, I go for a walk to clear my head. And I feel good doing it!)
I have found this combination of life coaching and hypnosis to be amazingly simple, yet highly effective in helping my clients identify negative, painful patterns, releasing them and making lasting, positive changes that bring peace, joy and happiness.
